Born in Germany, I studied Business Administration with focus on Asia Management in Hannover and Shanghai. During the four years, besides the business administration focus, I also focused on language, culture and mentality. During my studies I gained numerous insights into the Chinese working and business world.
After my return to Germany, I established myself in the finance department of a successful Berlin start-up and was able to apply my experience in an international environment and develop it further through global projects. During the following master studies, I was able to deepen my knowledge in the field of business management. In order to perfect my Chinese language skills, I attended a three-month language course at an advanced level (HSK 5) in Shanghai during my start-up process.
Traveling is my passion and dealing with people from other cultures motivates me again and again to meet the challenge I have been set. I would like to use my many years of experience and knowledge of the country and act as a bridge to China for you.

China, the Middle Kingdom – or 中国 (Zhōngguó), as the Chinese call it – aroused my personal enthusiasm years ago. First and foremost it was due to the curiosity of the unknown. The history of the country, which goes back centuries through its different dynasties, has such a great cultural influence on life in China that one can still feel it today. Closely connected to this is the development of the language. The fact that a country like China, which is almost as large as Europe in terms of area, can differ linguistically from region to region makes the generally complex language even more diverse.
Furthermore, the economic upswing that has been going on for years is unparalleled. Anyone who has seen for themselves the dynamism with which the people there work, the will to move forward every day and the ingenuity with which solutions to new challenges are always sought, will recognize how important China really is for the global economy. Last but not least, it is of course the people themselves who, through their curiosity, open-mindedness, politeness and helpfulness, have always given me positive experiences.
All the points I have mentioned are things that have moved me to see my future in China in the long term – according to the motto: to set no limits for myself. Zero Boundaries.
